REENLISTING IN THE ACTIVE DUTY NAVY

The Navy values your skills and experience. Your reenlistment eligibility is determined by several factors, including your reenlistment (RE) Code, physical condition and other criteria, depending on your rank and desired position. To find out if you’re eligible – locate a recruiter now.

If you reenlist, you don’t have to start over or go back to Boot Camp – you’ll be processed through a Transient Personnel Unit (TPU). Depending on your duty assignment and qualifications, you may be required to attend Intermediate or Advanced Training to enhance your career options.
