SCREENSAVER INSTRUCTIONS

PC:

  1. Right-click on “Windows” and select “Save target as...” to download the Navy screensaver. (if you are using Netscape, select “Save link as...”) Choose a location on your computer to save the file. (This is a WinZip archive, you will need WinZip to extract it.)
  2. Locate the file you just downloaded on your computer. Double-click it to install the screensaver.
  3. From your desktop, right-click and select the “Properties” option from the menu.
  4. Select the “Screen Saver” tab.
  5. Choose the screensaver you just downloaded from the menu.
  6. Click the “Apply” button, then “OK.”

MAC:

  1. Click on “Mac” to download the Navy screensaver. Choose a location on your computer to save the file. (This file is a StuffIt archive, you will need StuffIt Expander to extract it.)
  2. Double click file to install the screensaver.
  3. Upon installation, you will be able to preview and change settings from your Desktop & Screen Saver folder.

WALLPAPER INSTRUCTIONS

PC:

  1. Open the wallpaper image by clicking one of the links.
  2. Choose 800x600 or 1024x768 depending on the resolution of your computer monitor.
  3. Once the wallpaper image has opened you can right-click and choose “Set as Background.”
  4. You should now see the wallpaper image set as your background desktop image.

MAC:

  1. Open the wallpaper image by clicking one of the links.
  2. Choose 800x600 or 1024x768 depending on the resolution of your computer monitor.
  3. Once the wallpaper image has opened you can drag the image to your desktop.
  4. Next, from the Apple menu, select “Control Panels” and select “Appearance.”
  5. Click the desktop tab and drag the wallpaper image onto the sample screen.
  6. Click “Set Desktop.”
  7. You should now see the wallpaper image set as your background desktop image.
