For a limited time, Active Duty Future Sailors who leave for boot camp before December 2025 may earn up to $140K in Enlisted Bonus and Loan Repayment Program benefits. Reserve Duty Future Sailors may earn enlistment bonuses (EB) depending on their training program and ship date.
School year 2024-25 high school seniors who enter the Delayed Entry Program (DEP) before June 2025 and graduate from high school prior to leaving for boot camp in July through August 2025 may be eligible for up to $5K.
Active Duty Future Sailors who ship from April 2025 through December 2025 in selected ratings may earn up to $35K in shipping bonuses in addition to any Source Rate bonus they may be eligible to receive.
Reserve Duty Training and Administration of Reserves (TAR) Future Sailors who ship from January 2025 to May 2025 may earn up to $25K in shipping bonuses.

Special Operations Enlisted Bonus for Shipping (EB-SHP)
Special Operations candidates may qualify for additional bonus money by achieving Elevated Physical Screening Test (EPST) scores. To be eligible, you must achieve the elevated PST scores during your 14-day shipping PST. Required elevated scores vary by program:
